With two offices, one based in Heraklion Crete and the other based in Pyrgos Crete, the Technical Office “Prodromos Senik” has been in dynamic action since 2013 with the main objects of business, the Energy Upgrading and Green Renovation of homes and businesses, Quality Certification of products or services of your company and Safety Assessment Work (occupational Hazard Assessment).
The head of the technical office is Mr. Prodromos Senik, Chemical Engineer, graduated from University of London, who in combination with carefully selected partners (architects – internal designers, civil and mechanical engineers, surveyors) undertakes with full responsibility to inform you about all possible options, suggesting at the same time the most appropriate, based on your needs.
Our team composed of Certified Energy Auditor, Engineers and Technicians undertakes the study, supervision and implementation of the energy upgrade & renovation of your building “turnkey”.
Our well-trained team with the required know-how and experience provides specialized services and technical advice aiming at the best result. Our studies in collaboration with certified workforce, responsibly ensure the Energy Upgrade and Green Renovation of your building or the Licensing of your business. Based on the quality of the materials, the functionality of the designs but also the consistency of our studies, we aim at a firmly structured relationship of mutual trust with you, while, at the same time, we seek the most technically sound and economical option.

The result of our successful course was the establishment of a new branch in a privately owned property in Pyrgos Monofatsiou in 2020 in order to advise you and provide you with our services immediately and with a constant presence.
