What is required for the issuance of the EPC
For the issuance of the EPC, a visit from our engineers to the property is required, in order to confirm the dimensions of the property and its frames (openings).
Required documents for the issuance of the EPC are as follows:
- Owner details (tax and personal details)
- Initial Building permit concerning the property
- Property Floor Plans (drawings)
- Cadastral Diagram (if it exists)
- Property’s Legal Settlement (if any)
