The Head of the Technical Office is the certified Energy Auditor and member of the Technical Chamber (TEE) of Greece, Mr. Prodromos Senik. Graduated in Chemical Engineering with a Master’s Degree from the University of London (UCL-University College London) since 2001 and many years of experience in the field of construction and building’s renovation. Long-term experience in the development of Quality Assurance Systems for companies, in terms of the preparation of the Study (ISO & HACCP), but also the implementation and preparation of the company for the final Certification. I worked in various large Design and Construction companies in the sector (eg KTISTOR SA, CONCEPT TECHNIKI SA) in Heraklion, Crete and Athens, as well as in the Bottled Water Industry (CRYSTAL CRETE SA, MILAKIS V SA, etc). Huge experience in the field of Renewable Energy Sources (RES) contributing from the Design stage up to the Material Selection and Construction phases and start of operation.
I have also worked as a Health and Safety Engineer in a number of companies in the Prefecture of Heraklion with key examples: AGRICULTURAL CORPORATE PARTNERSHIP UNION HERAKLION SA, CARGO LOG LTD, HOTEL IRIDA STALIDA etc.
The improvement of the environment, natural and urban, has always been in my prospects and has been the purpose of my life. The proper managing of energy sources on one hand, but also the rational use of natural resources such as water, have become a way of life and an object of work. After many years of work in various companies in the field of renewable energy sources but also through personal study and growth, I decided to open my own Technical office which its main concern is Green energy and Green Renovation of buildings in the wider area of Crete. I was given the impetus in 2013 when the subsidy program “Energy Saving in homes” first started. Since then and with the help of my experienced associates (trained Engineers and Construction Contractors) I have undertaken the study and implementation of the renovation and energy upgrade of homes and business premises.
